Also attached are the excel spreadsheets - please ensure you use the correct file

  • xFlow Upload USA.xlsx for SAP company codes 1xxx
  • xFlow Upload UK.xlsx for SAP company codes 2xxx


The GL upload uses a semi-colon (;) as the field delimiter and this must be set before preparing the upload

To check your settings

  • Windows -> Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Additional Settings
  • In List Separator, type ;
  • Apply -> OK


To prepare the files

  1. Enter the details in the tab 'Template'
  2. The file upload limit is 499 rows
  3. Save the file under a new name
  4. Copy the details (without a header row) from the Template tab and use Paste >> Values in the csv tab
  5. If coding with an ISBN make sure the ZZISBN column is formatted to text so the 13 digit ISBN is displayed
  6. Use File >> 'Save As'  and "Save as type" CSV (Comma Delimited) to save the file; press 'OK' and 'Yes' in the dialogue boxes
  7. Exit the file and press 'Don't Save' in the dialogue box
  8. Proceed with the xFlow upload
